Senior Graphic Designer

We are currently seeking to enlarge our in-house Design team and we are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer. The Senior Graphic Designer plays a key role within NYR’s in-house Design Department, reporting to the Head of Creative Design and being responsible for developing the look of our products and promotional material, which plays a fundamental part in the success of Neal’s Yard Remedies. The post holder will work closely with the Head of Creative Design on a range of visuals, promotional and in-house artwork. Internally, the post-holder will liaise as necessary with colleagues in the Design Department, the sales teams (UK and International), New Product Development, Production and Education/Customer Service. Externally, there will be contact with print, packaging, label suppliers etc. You will have a creative eye, strong attention to detail and have relevant experience as a Graphic designer. Retail Operations Co-ordinator

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Retail team as the Retail Operations Coordinator. This is a key role and will often be the first point of contact with the stores on a variety of topics from customer enquiries to co-ordination of in store activity, to helping with stock issues, from automatic replenishment to cycle counts. Your prompt response and ability to help solve these issues will be vital to the stores and the team overall. You will need to assist the Retail Director with general administration and co-ordination of several projects and you will be expected to get involved within the Operations of the company. This is a critical role in communication across the organisation and will involve contact with suppliers and contractors that we use. This is key role, providing a high level of support to the National Key Accounts Manager and Key Accounts Assistant in assisting in the smooth and effective running of the Trade department. The purpose of this role is to maximise the sales of Neal’s Yard products and educate our customers about the Neal’s Yard Remedies brand within the Key Accounts. The key objective is to sell and merchandise whilst offering first class customer service and shop floor training.
