CONTEXT
The Key Account Representative works within the Key Accounts sales team, which is part of the Wholesale business. This is a field based role with the focus on key London accounts but travel to other greater london accounts will be required. The Key Account Representative reports directly to the National Key Accounts Manager.
OVERALL JOB PURPOSE
The purpose of this role is to provide a high level of support to the National Key Account Manager to assist the smooth and effective running of the trade department. The purpose of this role is to maximise the sales of Neal’s Yard products within key accounts. The key objective is to sell and merchandise whilst offering first class customer service and shop floor training. This is an important post, you will have empathy with NYR’s philosophy and values, excellent organisational ability.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
·Developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers through regular visits and selling support.
·Increasing sales with existing customers.
·Assist in the implementing of in store merchandising.
·Promote Neal’s Yard Remedies products to customers in store.
·Update and educate account customers on key products through shop floor training sessions.
·Staffing trade exhibitions, in-store demonstrations and promotional events.
·Use your relationships at store level to gain feedback on current industry activity and trends.
·Recording sales, order information and time sheets for Key Account Manager.

This post is for a full time permanent contract working 35 hours per week, 10am – 6pm Tuesday to Saturday.
Due to the nature of this role, there will be occasions where it is necessary to work evenings or weekends.
